May 28, 2023 will be here before we know it, and we will need our usual army of intrepid souls to help with picnic tasks or with food donations. Can you be part of the team?
Food Donations are easy because you deliver your donation to the picnic grounds that morning, and your work is done! We are looking for donations of cupcakes, slaw, and fruit. We especially are in need of fruit donations!
Slaw: Send email to Jacky Agnew
Fruit: Send email to Bonnie Plakos
Helping At The Picnic: Each year, we make a big event easier by having many volunteers each doing their own bit, and the old saying that “many hands make light work” is proved to be true. None of the jobs require any training; all that is needed is a smile and the willingness to pitch in for a couple of hours on a (hopefully) sunny May afternoon. If you can help with any of the following tasks, please send an email to Paul Plakos!
Fruit Helper: Assist the lead “Fruitarian” with organizing donated fruit and replenishing fruit serving dishes. First shift 11:45 to 1:15
A big THANK YOU to all of our wonderful volunteers and supporters. We could not have a successful event without you!
